You're not a child. You are 25, 30 or even 40 – So what with beads!? Were not they supposed to leave her prom? You are not alone – 50% of women suffer from acne adult female. What can you do? There are many products available in all the major cosmetics companies promising to help clear your acne adult but can not tell what is right for you unless you know what is causing your bad complexion first. The answer is usually androgen (male) created by ovarian hormones. But you're a woman! Well, we all have a certain amount of so-called male hormones, too. These hormones cause acne almost all through a complex process in which cause the dead skin cells to clog your pores from the inside. Acne is not a hygiene problem. In fact, the only thing that could wash would help to wash your mom and dad – who gave the genes probably determine their fate when it comes to acne. Since acne is caused by hormones, most of the causes of acne are adult women related to hormones: hormonal fluctuations. This is why most people get pimples during puberty, when hormone levels of the spike. In women, can get an outbreak once a month at a particular time of their menstrual cycle. Stop birth control pills. Since the estrogen found in birth control pills can help prevent acne and androgen hormones make annoying, when you stop taking the pill, acne may erupt. You will have to consider the pill or other methods. Other medications. Are you taking other medicines that can cause acne? anticonvulsants, corticosteroids, sobriety and drugs can cause acne. So can birth control pills containing progestin, not estrogen. You should talk to your doctor before stopping any of these medications, but your doctor that you may want a different formulation that does not strengthen their acne. Inheritance. Thanks Mom. If your mother, father and siblings once have had acne, it is likely that he inherited. Stress. 25 years ago, dermatologists did not insist that stress can cause acne. Well, wrong. Now we know that stress can and should increase production of androgen hormones. So relax. If you learn to manage your stress, you may be able to help your skin. Diet. Some foods, particularly milk can aggravate acne and even cause rashes. Try to track the foods you eat. If you notice your skin turn for the worse after eating a particular food, try cutting out of your diet. Products for skin care. If the products of skin care are the cause of acne is called acne cosmetic (as opposed to acne vulgaris, which is caused by hormones) This is caused by oil sunscreens and other products that obstruct the skin from the outside. If you have acne prone skin should only use products labeled non-comedogenic. Underlying condition. If you have other symptoms such as excess facial hair, baldness or thinning hair and irregular periods may be a more serious medical condition causing your acne. Consult a physician if you have any of these other symptoms. Now, you will probably have an idea about the cause of female adult acne. Adjust your treatment options accordingly. Ask yourself the next time they launched an acne treatment product if the product is to have an effect on their condition. Creams and lotions are probably not going to do much good if your acne is caused by hormones, but it sure can make your pocket lighter!
